Have you noticed what youth, and age differentiate in? No, not experience per say, but muscle fatigue. So if lifting weights or working muscles to increase resources. Can be accomplished without issues to the skeletal system.
Behavior and/or anxiety can then be more thought out after muscles have been worn out from hours of use. The body then slows to allow the mind a lot of advancements in time. Its usually worth a try. (Just take due precautions and measurements in workouts.)
