Very quick, cheap, minimal meterial.

There are a variety of different types of metals, that can be compressed, and or just struck together, to form magnets, or super magnets! Repositioning magnets against themselves can push electron discharges of metal contacts. (Can be built with generator or alternator components even.)

You may want 2 sets of free spinning rings instead of one, to multiply strength. Then attach wires to a current regulating dial to control out put to magnets.

Now the breaker box, transformer, or vehicle is next. Also (big enough magnets on A axle near the tires, inside a completely gutted vehicle of any sort.

With that much torque, sounds like 0 to 1,000 mph in around a sec! (With knowledge of reversing anti-matter properties for traction.) What's costly about any of that?
